How reseller credits work
A reseller buys credits from you in advance. Each account they create spends credits from that balance. When the balance runs out, they cannot create more accounts until they top up.
That single mechanism solves most of the problems people have with resellers. You are paid before the service is delivered, so there is nothing to chase. The reseller can sell at whatever price they like without asking you. And you never have to approve individual accounts — the credit balance is the approval.
